Comexi’s service packages are designed to keep your equipment running so you can avoid any unexpected downtime.  Our service team is available to help you understand and select the appropriate package for your equipment and productivity needs. 

Professional Service
When you purchase equipment from Comexi North America, you know that you are purchasing the finest products produced. In keeping with Comexi’s tradition for quality, we are pleased to provide experienced, professional service representatives who deliver the ultimate in service to you, our customer, whenever and wherever the service is required.

Equipment Installation
The Comexi Group maintains a highly skilled staff of professional technicians based in key locations throughout North America. These experts are factory trained and thoroughly familiar with our equipment. They have many years of experience with Comexi and are prepared to assist you at any time. Our technicians provide on-site installations for all Comexi products as well as equipment produced by Comexi affiliates.

On-Site or Remote Services for Maintenance, Repairs, or Problem Solving
With the purchase of every piece of Comexi equipment, our operator’s interface provides:

    • Maintenance Screens
    • Diagnostic Screens
    • Alarm Screens

Customer assistance is also available via on-screen manuals, drawings, trouble-shooting techniques and detailed instructions.

Remote services consist of:

    • Dial-up or high speed internet connection
    • On-call technical support throughout the US

Computer Pre-Maintenance Information
In order to avoid unnecessary or unscheduled shut-downs, Comexi provides Pre-Maintenance Informational Reports identifying any specific items which require service, repairs or replacement. These reports are generated following precise detailed on-site examinations of your equipment, covering all segments of the operating mechanism. You will be provided with a computer print-out indicating your specific equipment, recommended repair or maintenance, parts required, prices, delivery schedule, estimated downtime and proposed scheduling for servicing your equipment.

Comexi Group Replacement Parts
Comexi North America maintains an in-house inventory of the most commonly required repair and replacement parts. On those occasions when parts must be requested from overseas, delivery takes place within 2 business days, depending on availability. It is important to use only certified Comexi designed replacement parts, in order to assure continued performance at the same levels of quality and tolerance as provided by your original Comexi equipment.

Comexi Training
With the installation of every piece of new equipment, extensive on-site training is provided to acquaint the customer and their operators with the operation, capability and proper maintenance of the equipment. Special training is also provided to assist owners in maximizing the production potential of their press, or other equipment. The on-site training will also provide users with specifics regarding the range and versatility that may be expected from each highly versatile and adaptable piece of equipment from Comexi North America.
